Installation Guide:
Install over existing walls or new construction. Fix battens to wall studs at 400-600mm centres, attach cladding boards horizontally or vertically using clips or screws, ensure proper spacing for expansion, trim edges with matching accessories, and seal end cuts if required. Most DIY enthusiasts can complete installation with basic tools.
Maintenance & Care:
Simply wash with water and mild detergent annually to remove dirt and maintain appearance. No painting, staining, or sealing needed. Resistant to termites, rot, and moisture damage. Your cladding will look pristine year after year with minimal effort.
Why Composite Over Timber?
Unlike traditional timber cladding that requires regular maintenance, painting, and treatment, our composite cladding delivers the authentic wood look without the ongoing costs and hassle. It won't fade, rot, or deteriorate in Melbourne's variable weather conditions.
Available Lengths:
Choose 3M boards for easier handling and smaller projects, or 5.4M boards for fewer joins and faster installation on larger walls. Both lengths feature the same premium quality and finish.
Australian Quality:
Engineered specifically for Australian conditions with superior UV resistance and weather durability. Suitable for coastal and inland environments across Melbourne and Victoria.

Maintenance Guide
Please clean the cladding with a soft mop or brush and warm soapy water only.
Do not use strong chemicals or high-pressure washing, as this may damage the surface finish and cause permanent marks.
Use a hard brush dipped in warm soapy water and scrub to dislodge dust and dirt.
Scrub with a general wood/mildew cleaner, or use a mild bleach solution and rinse or wipe clean.
For chalky stains, use a bleaching agent mixed with warm soapy water to scrub and lift marks.
Apply calcium chloride or rock salt to melt ice/snow, then wash with hot soapy water.
Apply a detergent containing oxalic or phosphoric acid, allow 10–15 min working time, then wipe/clean.
As soon as possible, use household cleaners with hot soapy water and scrub to remove grease/oil.
Mix bleach-based stain agents with hot soapy water to dilute and then wipe the stain.
These may not fully remove; try bleach based agents with hot soapy water to dilute and clean.
Note: This stain-removal approach reflects the THQ cladding maintenance tables for external PVC/WPC cladding profiles and is generally consistent across their external wall cladding ranges.
